Any critical incident or service request must be initiated by calling IT to support directly. Other technical problems can be reported on the professional support portal.

Call us! Our technical assistance outside office hours is available beyond regular business hours. Our agents outside business hours respond to Canvas-related calls, account problems and emergency interruptions. FSU IT staff will process and process other requests during business hours.
